Today we live in an age of compromise when people do what pleases them. The world needs more men and women who are like Daniel, who lived his life in obedience to God. The Bible says that he who is faithful in the small, unimportant matters of life, will also be faithful in the big ones. Revelation 13:15 says that one of the main issues in the last days will be about how we worship. The devil is not concerned about which commandment we break––whether it is stealing, committing adultery, lying, or Sabbath breaking––so long as we ignore them and don’t keep them. Jesus spent a lot of time dealing with the Sabbath. In fact, 10% of the Gospel writings talk about the Sabbath, and how it ought to be kept. The big question we need to ask is, “How does God say the Sabbath ought to be kept?”
